業務員不要只報價,推廣至少要做一半。那就常常要想辦法準備一點套近乎的話,在頭二三回合的询盘应对裡面跟客人說一說。這個叫try to make him closer a little bit.
基本上要花点心思去寻找客户的兴趣点。这样沟通互动的效果会好很多。

我经常会跟客人讲的一句话是:This is the first time we cooperate. I could understand your worry about the supplier, but try to trust me and give me a chance to provide service for you......
Bob, Long time No See.....
I don't remember you would like to get a cheaper version of xxxxx......
Bob introduce you to me. I would like to say hi here.....
